For the male of this combination we went to Scotland…!
Sometimes there are young Flatcoated Retrievers who cross your path where you can directly see… …this is maybe going to be a dog/bitch to my heart.
This happened to me in the summer of 2014 with Candidacasa Oreo ‘Black Jack’ when he was just six months old. I was naturally curious whether my eye didn’t decieve me so I continued to follow him also to watch his health results and of course to get an idea of his character, a Flacoated Retriever is more than just beauty and working abilities! Since his character matches with his beauty I started last year to look more closely to his pedigree and I was quick… …Black Jack would be a suitable partner for Jayla.
Alice and Eric Pouwels are the happy owners of this beautiful, super sweet and enthusiastic boy. Of course thanks to them that they too have confidence in this combination.

The expectations of these offspring are like all my litters Dual-Purpose, beauty and work in balance and especially natural sound Flatcoated Retriever with a character such as is expected of them. Those who know Jayla know that she and Jules Harssel (co-owner) are a great team in and out of the field. Jules took Jayla already at a young age into the hunting field to bring her to the ropes with his late Stern. Jayla and Jules are as I call a dream team on top, they have already achieved great results and believe me… …it certainly does not stop there!
